Payment and delivery

Buyer's rights and obligations

The buyer undertakes to pay the agreed price and accept the shipped ordered goods.
If the Buyer provides inaccurate data or an incorrect address, the Buyer undertakes to pay all the resulting delivery or other additional costs of the Seller.
If the buyer refuses to accept the goods, after receiving the notification that the order has been shipped, the money for the costs of delivering the goods will not be returned to him.
Seller's rights and obligations
The seller has the right to unilaterally adjust the rules, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts. The rules that were in effect at the time of placing the order apply.
The seller, if necessary, has the right to receive information that identifies the buyer and confirms his right to enter into a contract.
The Seller, if necessary, has the right to limit the Buyer's payment, shipping method selection and purchase options if the Buyer fails to fulfill his obligations to collect the goods more than once.
Returning the goods
The return of goods is possible in 2001 by the Minister of Economy. August 17 by order no. 258 of the approved "Rules for the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication".
Exchange and return of goods are possible only if the goods have not been used, they have not been damaged and they have not lost their appearance. Changes to the appearance of the product or its packaging, which were necessary to inspect the product, are not considered essential changes to the appearance of the product.
The costs involved in the delivery of the goods are not returned to the buyer.
If you paid for the product with a discount coupon, the coupon and the additional amount paid will be returned. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
