Used from an early age to strengthen various muscle groups. The diameter of the rings is suitable for a small child's hand. You can climb on these rings by holding them with your hands or feet. In addition, these rings can be used as additional support when climbing the entire sports complex.

A ring is the first sports accessory. From an early age (from 3 months), it is possible to lay the child on the sports mats in the complex and hang the rings above the child so that he can reach them. Place the rings in the child's palm. Gradually, the child will begin to either pull the rings closer to him or try to pull himself to them. Hang a rattle on one of the rings: the child will definitely be interested in the sound it makes and will try to hang on to the ring.

As soon as the child starts standing, holding on to something, encourage the child to use these rings as a support. Adjust the height according to your child's height. You can hang the rings at different heights for the child to reach for them.

Holding on to the rings, the child tries to spin. Advise him that raising his legs allows him to simply hang in the air. With children older than 1 year, try to curl up with your legs up.

Later, you should not forget to hang the rings in different places and in different positions of the complex. Children will quickly figure out how to use these rings. And they mostly don't use them for hanging like my adults do.
