RETURN RULES

1. Return and exchange of goods.
1.1. The return of goods takes place in accordance with 2001. June 29 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 217 "On approval of rules for return and exchange of items".
1.2. The buyer must send the returned goods by registered mail. The number of the registered shipment must be provided to the Seller no later than within 24 hours. after shipping.
1.3 Returning costs for returned quality or exchanged goods are paid by the buyer.
1.4. In order to return the product(s), the Buyer can do so within 7 (seven) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by e-mail. by mail, attaching photos or videos of the product and/or parcel describing the problem.
1.5. The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same set as the Buyer received it, without losing its merchandise appearance (label intact, protective film intact, etc.). When returning the product, it is necessary to submit a paper (printed) document of its purchase (a copy of the order, order).
1.6 When returning a quality product, only the amount of money paid for the product is returned to the Buyer. Shipping costs are not refundable to the buyer.
1.7. When returning the wrong product, the Seller undertakes to replace such product with the required product. If the required item is not available, all money (for the item and the actual shipping costs incurred) will be returned to the Buyer.
1.8. When a defective product is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective product with a similar product or refund the Buyer.
1.9. In order to return the defective product(s), the Buyer can do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by e-mail. by mail, attaching photos or videos of the defective product and/or parcel, describing the problem.
1.10. The defective product to be returned must be in its original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same configuration as the Buyer received it, without losing its merchandise appearance (labels intact, protective film not torn off, etc.). When returning the product, it is necessary to present a paper (printed) document of its purchase.
1.11. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not comply with the procedure for returning the goods specified in clauses 1.4-1.5, 1.9-1.10 of these Rules.
1.12. If the Buyer paid for the product with a gift voucher, then the voucher and other additional amount paid (if it was paid) will be returned.
1.13. If the Buyer returns the product purchased with a discount, the amount paid for the product is returned with the valid discount.

1.14. We emphasize that according to the 2001 June 29 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 217 "Concerning the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items", that the following quality goods cannot be exchanged or returned:

• furniture, bedding, lamps
• baby clothes
• toys, games

2. Final Provisions.
2.1. These Goods Return Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2. These rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
